Twenty Years and Counting

When Lorene G. Kent, RDH, BA, envisioned the ideal journal for her fellow dental hygienists, one of the most important factors was beauty. She wanted to provide readers with high-level, peer-reviewed content within a visually appealing package. Initially launched under the direction of Jessica Brace, the talented art director Jon Fraze took over in 2006. He has been ensuring that Dimensions is beautifully designed ever since. 

With a Master of Arts in Graphic Design and more than 20 years of experience as a freelance artist and working for ad agencies, design firms, and publications, Fraze brought a deep and broad skill set to the new publication. 

His attention to detail and ability to create consistency across the whole spectrum of what Dimensions has to offer have made the publication stand out. From his prowess at creating show-stopping covers to the clean and modern feel he creates within every issue, Fraze is an integral part of what makes Dimensions special. As one of the journal’s longest employees, Fraze continues to enjoy creating appealing layouts that catch the eyes of our dental hygienist readers.
