
What are the requirements for a refund of individual courses?
Course fee refunds are available for unexpired courses for which a verification of participation (VOP) form has not been awarded. To request a refund, please call our CE department at 714-825-0988 OR submit a written request, including the reason for the request, to ce@belmontbusinessmedia.com.
Can I get a refund for my study club subscription?
We’re sad to see you go, but if you’ve tried the Study Club and decided it’s not for you, we’ll gladly cancel your subscription and refund you for the difference of what you paid for your subscription vs. the value of the courses that you have already completed during your study club term (valued at $22 /course). What type of situation is not eligible for a refund?
If the course in your account has expired, we will gladly exchange it for a current course of your choice that matches the credit hours of your expired course. To request an exchange, please call our CE department at 714-825-0988 OR email ce@belmontbusinessmedia.com.
Will my refund be in the form of a check or a refund to a credit card?
A refund will be returned in the original form of payment. To request a refund, please call our CE department at 714-825-0988 OR email ce@belmontbusinessmedia.com.
How long does my refund take?
A full refund will be issued within 24 hours of the request. For credit card refunds, please allow up to five business days for processing.
Deactivate auto-renewal on my study club membership.
By default, your Study Club subscription is automatically renewed annually so that your services are uninterrupted. If you’d like to deactivate your auto-renewal, you can do so within your “My Account” settings. If you deactivate early, you will still have access to your membership until the end of your annual term but will not be automatically renewed for another year.
