Dental Hygiene Block Certification

Hello, I am planning to move to Hawaii where block anesthesia certification is required. I am from NY where I have a limited anesthesia license. Where are nearby block anesthesia courses that I could sign up for prior to moving? Maybe in New Jersey and Connecticut? Thanks for all your help!
