A trusted opinion leader on this subject, she also is an adjunct professor at several universities and a consultant member of the Commission on Dental Competency Assessments. Pallavi Parashar, BDS, DDS, FAAOM, is an assistant professor at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Aurora, Colo. She specializes in restorative and preventive dentistry in addition to diagnosing oral lesions.
