The National Center for Dental Hygiene Research & Practice invites dental hygiene graduate students to apply for funding to support their research thesis or capstone projects. Supported by Crest + Oral-B, the program is designed to aid research that addresses public oral health with a focus on prevention and the translation of research evidence so that it is meaningful and useful for society and dental hygiene education and practice. Five grants are available. For more information on the application process, visit: dhnet.org. The deadline to apply is June 17, 2022. The National Center for Dental Hygiene Research & Practice is focused on promoting the health of the public by fostering the development, implementation, and dissemination of oral health research; establishing an infrastructure to support dental hygiene research; and strengthening the scientific foundation for the discipline of dental hygiene.
