Putting the Team Back in Teamwork

  • Update team members on the latest COVID-19 news that impacts the provision of oral health care.
  • Provide information on applicable employee benefits offered through the practice as well as from federal and state government sources.
  • Listen to staff members’ worries about practicing during a pandemic and take them seriously.
  • Get creative with workplace accommodations, such as offering staggered shifts or alternating the option for telecommuting.
