Additional COVID-19 Funds Are Dropped in Latest Round of Federal Spending
While a significant spending package passed the House on March 9, it does not include additional funds to battle COVID-19 that had been originally planned. The COVID-19 funds were earmarked for vaccine, treatment, and test development, in addition to money to support global efforts against COVID-19.
