Much Remains Unknown About Managing Dental Aerosols

The ADA asserts there are many unknowns when it comes to managing airflow in a dental office, making it difficult to compare the efficacy of products such as air filters. The organization cites a variety of factors that can impact the effectiveness of UVC lights in sanitizing the air, including the intensity of the light, as well as a lack of research on the safe use of such devices.
