Meghan McGuinness, EdD, RDH, MAADH, is a professor and chair of the Department of Dental Hygiene at State University of New York Broome Community College in Binghamton where she has taught courses in dental hygiene theory, community dental health, medical emergencies, oral anatomy and physiology, periodontology and current topics in dental hygiene. With more than 28 years of experience in dental hygiene, McGuinness has practiced in general dental offices and specialty settings, such as public health, pediatric, and periodontal practices.
