Caries Risk of E-Cigarette Use
While evidence is limited, vaping may contribute to increased caries experience and other negative health effects.
After reading this course, the participant should be able to:
- Identify the risks associated with e-cigarette use, or vaping.
- Discuss the cariogenic properties of e-cigarettes.
- Explain the role of oral health professionals in addressing the risks associated with vaping.
