Dental Practices Can Require Employees to Get Vaccinated

According to a brief from the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), employers can require their employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as long as accommodations are made to comply with the American Disabilities Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. The brief also stated that employers can provide employees with incentives to encourage them to get vaccinated.
