JoAnn Rover, RDH, MPA, is an associate professor and radiology coordinator in the Department of Dental Hygiene at Hostos Community College in Bronx, New York. She has served as a past trustee for the National Dental Hygienists' Association. Rover was also a certified dental assistant for 10 years before becoming a dental hygienist in 1995.
