Denise M. Claiborne, RDH, PhD, is an associate professor and graduate program director at the Gene W. Hirschfeld School of Dental Hygiene at Old Dominion University (ODU) in Norfolk, Virginia. Her research interests include pediatric oral health, maternal and child oral health, and health policies. Claiborne is also a member of Dimensions of Dental Hygiene’s Peer Review Panel.
