Charles D. Larsen, DMD, MS, is a clinical assistant
professor and director of the predoctoral program in the Department
of Pediatric Dentistry at the New York University (NYU)
College of Dentistry in New York. He is also an attending dentist
on the medical staff at Bellevue Hospital in New York and a board
certified diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
