Florida native Dominique Francois, CRDH, RDH, discovered her passion for dentistry while completing a degree in biology during her third year in college in Alabama. After obtaining her degree, she attended dental hygiene school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she developed a deep passion for dental hygiene. Francois has experience working with students, faculty, and patients, and was proficient as a regional hygiene administrator where she enjoyed mentoring and aiding her peers. She enjoys providing patients with exceptional clinical treatment, and educating them on the importance of prevention and maintenance. Follow her at: @dominiquecrdh 

Lisa Hardill, RDH, BHADM, is a dental hygienist practicing in Canada with a diverse background in the dental field. She has experience in public health, independent and private practice, education, and sales within the industry. Over the years, she has served as a quality assurance peer assessor for the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO), a noncouncil member of CDHO’s Registration Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors for Gift from the Heart, an organization that links Canadians with dental hygienists, educates about access to oral health care issues, and highlights the role of the dental hygienist as a primary oral health care provider.
