ADA Lends Support to Bill Providing Tax Credit for PPE

Introduced by Representative Brenda L. Lawrence (D-MI-14), the bill is currently under discussion in the United States House Committee on Ways and Means. The ADA sent a letter to the leadership of this committee on September 10 to urge the passage of HR 7216, as well as other bills related to supporting small businesses during the global pandemic.
