Time Allotted to Use Provider Relief Funds Is Extended

The United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has extended the deadline for using payments provided via the Provider Relief Fund. The initial deadline to use the funds distributed to healthcare providers in order to survive the COVID-19 pandemic was June 30, 2021. However, the HHS has revised several deadlines to ensure that organizations have enough time to put the federal funds to use.
