Pac-Dent, Inc. Acquires South East Instruments, L.L.C.
Pac-Dent, Inc. announced that it has acquired South East Instruments L.L.C. (SEI), the manufacturer and servicer of the Autoscaler®. This acquisition, along with the launch of the 25K and 30K magnetic ultrasonic inserts in Q1 2022, will expand Pac-Dent’s preventive portfolio, further solidifying Pac-Dent’s strong presence within the preventive space.
