The New Frontier of Dermal Fillers

Lindsey Lee, RDH, MS, LPN, FADHA, is the director of the Division of Dental Hygiene at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the dental field, including roles as a dental assistant, practice manager, dental hygienist, and nurse. After completing her training with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Lee integrated both dermal fillers and neuromodulators into her practice, with her neuromodulator work primarily focused on chronic pain management. She is the current president of the New Mexico Dental Hygienists' Association, where she has also served as president-elect and Public Relations Council chair. Justine Ponce, RDH, MS, FADHA, is an assistant professor in the Division of Dental Hygiene at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Her research interests are in ergonomics and clinical dental hygiene. She is a member of Sigma Phi Alpha, the National Dental Honor Society and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. Ponce is also chair of the Member Services Council for the New Mexico Dental Hygienists’ Association.
