Lindsey Lee, RDH, MS, LPN, is a dental hygienist, educator, nurse, and practice manager who values maximizing career opportunities and growth. During her career, she has been an associate professor at the University of New Mexico, published, worked clinically as a dental hygienist, and restructured her dental practice to incorporate medical aesthetics. Currently, Lee manages two flourishing dental practices and a dental medical aesthetics clinic. Additionally, she provides continuing education and consulting on practice management and how to transform dental practices and dental hygiene careers. As a dental hygienist and certified aesthetic nurse injector, Lee is here to share the beautiful and organic relationship between medical aesthetics and dentistry as well as why dental hygienists are the all-star players in this collaboration. @aestheticleenm

Justine Ponce, RDH, MS, FADHA, is an assistant professor in the Division of Dental Hygiene at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Her research interests are in ergonomics and clinical dental hygiene. She is a member of Sigma Phi Alpha, the National Dental Honor Society and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. Ponce is also chair of the Member Services Council for the New Mexico Dental Hygienists’ Association.
