Margarita Rivera, RDH, MSDH, is an assistant professor in the Department of Dental Hygiene at Farmingdale State College (FSC) in New York, where she is the senior clinic coordinator of the dental hygiene entry-level bachelor degree program. She is an Open SUNY fellow, alternate director for the Long Island Dental Hygienists’ Association, and delegate for the New York Dental Hygienists’ Association.
