The National Center for Dental Hygiene Research & Practice will host its 3rd North American/Global Dental Hygiene Research Conference October 16 through October 18, 2014, in Bethesda, Md
The National Center for Dental Hygiene Research & Practice—in collaboration with the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, the Canadian Dental Hygienists’ Association, and the American Dental Education Association—will host its 3rd North American/Global Dental Hygiene Research Conference October 16 through October 18, 2014, in Bethesda, Md. An additional half-day workshop for educators will be held October 19. The theme of the 2014 conference is “Beyond the Boundaries: Discovery, Innovation, and Transformation.” This event, during which original research will be presented on an array of topics, draws dental hygienists from across the globe. Workshops, small group discussions, and break-out sessions are offered to enhance skill development and foster networking and project development; the event will also include training programs designed to enhance participants’ clinical skills.
Oral health professionals from all settings and disciplines are encouraged to attend. Registration is now open at: usc.edu/ dhnet.
