Amanda Hill, RDH, is a Navy wife and mother to three teenagers. She has lived all over the world, but most recently in the suburbs of Washington, DC. Hill has been in the dental industry for more than 30 years, starting as a dental assistant and going on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she was awarded the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award. India R. Chance, BSDH, RDH, is a dental hygienist and compliance consultant who provides education on infection control and workplace safety compliance. Chance is a contracted speaker for Dentsply Sirona, serves as infection control lead for the Southern Maryland Mission of Mercy, is an infection control compliance consultant for the Maryland State Dental Association, and is a board member for Mid-Atlantic PANDA (Prevent Abuse and Neglect through Dental Awareness).
