Ann Cote, RDH, MSHA, has been in the dental field for more than 17 years. She started out as a dental assistant and then graduated from the dental hygiene program at the University of New Haven in 2009. She currently works in private practice as a clinical dental hygienist. She also teaches part-time at Three Rivers Community College in Norwich, Connecticut. In 2009, she traveled to Romania for her undergraduate project where she helped treat underserved patients with oral hygiene instruction and performed preventive procedures. Julianne Souza, RDH, has a passion for all things teeth! She loves what she does and enjoys educating patients about oral care. Souza believes it’s important for dental professionals to be lifelong learners, continuously improving themselves and the care they provide to patients, and the dental profession.
