3M ESPE Dental Named “Most Innovative” for a Decade Running

The Anaheim Group recognizes 3M ESPE Dental for 97 innovations in 2014

ST. PAUL‚ Minn. – (Mar. 18‚ 2015) – In the past decade, innovation in dentistry has brought dentists time- and money-savers like single-bottle adhesives, nanotechnology restorative materials, and digital impression scanners. 3M ESPE Dental has been a leader every step of the way, and The Anaheim Group, distributor of Dental Fax Weekly, has now recognized the company for an unprecedented tenth consecutive year as the most innovative company in the worldwide dental industry.

The Anaheim Group has published its Innovation Index since 2002, with 3M ESPE Dental being in the top spot since 2005. The findings, based on new product approvals and US and international patents, were published in the Anaheim Group’s annual Dental Industry Review. This year, 3M ESPE Dental shares the number-one spot with another company, Colgate-Palmolive. The companies tied in the rankings with 97 innovations each for 2014.

3M ESPE Dental continued its consistent performance by further reinforcing its line of impression material and equipment solutions. This included introductions of a new portable automatic mixing device and new preliminary and bite registration materials under the Imprint™ brand.
