Steri-Shield now offers Wingers I. B. (Integrated Barrier), a disposable bitewing that features three products in one.

Wingers I.B. provides a sensor holder already inside a comfort padded, elastic, seamless, infection control barrier. This reduces clinical set-up time to obtain a radiological image from approximately 60 seconds to 5 seconds with average cost savings over purchasing three separate items of up to 20%, according to the company. The seamless, elastic barrier eliminates micro holes which may occur in the heat sealed seams of plastic film sensor barriers. Winger I.B. also fits all # 2 sensor holders on the market.
