Barbara Nordquist and Jeanne Godett Hurlbut Recognized For

Outstanding Contributions To The Dental Industry

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — (September 5, 2014) KaVo Kerr Group is proud to announce that two of its outstanding associates

– Barbara Nordquist and Jeanne Godett Hurlbut, RDH – have been recognized as part of the Dental Products Report

Top 25 Women in Dentistry for 2014. Separated into five categories – Dentist, Industry, Team Member,

Researcher/Educator and Lab Technician – the award was created to honor extraordinary women throughout the

dental industry. Nordquist and Hurlbutt were highlighted as part of the Industry category.

Barbara Nordquist is the VP of Academic & Professional Relations for the KaVo Kerr Group. Indispensable in this role,

she’s been active in the dental industry – in both the U.S. and the United Kingdom – for the last 38 years. She’s been

part of the KaVo Kerr Group since 2008, strengthening individual brands’ relationships with the dental professionals

who offer vital feedback and support. She has an incredible service record that includes roles with ADEA, Tufts

University School of Dentistry and more.

Jeanne Godett Hurlbut, RDH, has held a variety of positions throughout the dental industry, but with KaVo Kerr Group

she has proven invaluable as a trainer for Ormco during its launch of high-tech imaging equipment into the

orthodontic market. Whether it is associates at Ormco or dentists she’s helped educate and train, her dedication and

enthusiasm come up again and again as her hallmarks as an instructor.
