Grant Supports Dental Care for Underserved in New Jersey

The Delta Dental of New Jersey Foundation has provided $66,510 for dental care and education at the Overlook Dental Center in Summit, New Jersey. The funds will increase access to dental care and oral hygiene education for 1,000 underserved children in Greater Union County. The grant aims to integrate dental hygienists with pediatricians and family physicians, ensuring early childhood dental care and an established dental home for children. Additionally, community-based dental care programs will be expanded, focusing on uninsured and underinsured individuals. Click here to read more.
