Dental Assistants Recognition Week is March 5 to 11, and the California Dental Association (CDA) wants to make sure dental practices acknowledge it in addition to Dental Hygienist Appreciation and Administrative Professionals Weeks, which happen in April. The CDA notes that competition for oral health professionals is fierce and practices will be better positioned to make advantageous hires if they appreciate their employees.
