After reading this course, the participant should be able to:

  1. Discuss the clinical and public health significance of the prevention of cerebral palsy (CP).
  2.  Define the risk factors for CP.
  3. Describe the common impairments and complications caused by CP.
  4. Identify oral health care considerations for patients with CP.
