2. Discuss the risk of periodontal diseases among special-needs populations, especially those with Down syndrome and cerebral palsy.
3. List strategies for providing periodontal treatment to patients with special needs and maintaining their oral health.
4. Detail techniques tailored for treating children with special needs.
