Carolynn Zeitz, RDH, RDA, MA, is our July winner. She celebrated her 20th year as a dental hygienist in May. After raising her family, Carolynn returned to school to become a dental hygienist. After practicing for a few years, she became an educator at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where she also earned a master’s degree. Carolynn wrote the chapter on treating pediatric patients for the 12th and 13th editions of “Wilkins’ Clinical Practice of the Dental Hygienist.” She continues to practice two a week because she loves being a hygienist and caring for people.
