Priscilla M. Flynn, RDH, MPH, DRPH, is an assistant professor in the Division of Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She co-founded the Network for Women's Life and Health, a nonprofit community organization serving low-resource women and their families in Southeastern Minnesota and Southwestern Wisconsin. The American Dental Association Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations appointed Flynn to the Community Dental Health Curriculum Test Construction Committee in 2015. Her research interests include adapting and testing psychometric properties of oral health literacy instruments and evaluating the effects of social determinants on oral health in immigrant and refugee populations.
