Lynn Marsh, EdD, RDH, is a full professor in the Dental Hygiene Department at Farmingdale State College in New York, where she has been teaching since 2004. Her academic responsibilities include periodontology, principles of dental anesthesia (course coordinator), pain management (course coordinator), clinical dental hygiene III, and clinical dental hygiene IV. Marsh has been a dental hygienist for 34 years specializing in periodontics, general practice, and patients with special needs.
