Kaitlin Stier, RDH, MPH, is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting at New York University College of Dentistry in New York City. She is the dental hygiene group practice coordinator and the course director for preventive dentistry and public health and oral health education in addition to the clinic coordinator for first-year dental hygiene students. Stier has published peer-reviewed journal articles, presented at the American Dental Education Association Annual Session, and is a past vice president of the Sigma Phi Alpha, Psi Chapter. In addition to teaching, she has worked as a dental hygienist in private practice since 2010. Stier is also a member of Dimensions of Dental Hygiene’s Peer Review Panel.
