John Carl McManama, DDS, is professor in the Department of General Dentistry and course director for all courses in Operative Dentistry at Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine. In addition to his teaching, he has also maintained a private practice in Cambridge, Mass, for the past 34 years.
