Denise M. McKinney, RDH, PhD, is an associate professor and graduate program director at the Gene W. Hirschfeld School of Dental Hygiene, Ellmer College of Health Sciences, Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Her research interests include pediatric oral health, maternal and child oral health, and health policies. McKinney is also a member of Dimensions of Dental Hygiene’s Peer Review Panel.
