Hu-Friedy Announces New Acquisition

Chicago-based Hu-Friedy announced in January its acquisition of J. Palmero Sales Co — a family-run dental products manufacturer based in Stratford, Connecticut. The acquisition allows Hu- Friedy to grow its existing infection control management solutions, as Palmero offers a wide range of infection prevention and safety products for the dental practice. Hu-Friedy says Palmero will continue to operate independently, with customers experiencing no change to its brand identities.
