All-State Career School in Essington Launches Dental Hygiene Program

All-State Career School in Essington, Pennsylvania, will expand its current offering to include an Associate of Specialized Technology (AST) degree in Dental Hygiene.

All-State Career School in Essington, Pennsylvania, will expand its current offering to include an Associate of Specialized Technology (AST) degree in Dental Hygiene. Classes will begin on October 5, 2020. The 84-week Dental Hygiene program was launched to support the growing need for dental hygienists in southeastern Pennsylvania. Courses will be offered at the Health Science Main Campus in Essington.

The Dental Hygiene Program at All-State Career School in Essington provides a combination of classroom, laboratory and clinical instruction, and prepares students to sit for their state licensure exam following completion. To prepare for the program, the campus enlarged its floor plan to include an expansive dental clinic, offering clinical experience to students and preventive care to patients. Graduates of the program will find opportunities to work in a wide range of environments including clinical, corporate, public health, research, and education settings.
