What is the CPIC technology?
CPICs (calcium phosphate ion clusters) are nano-sized, bioactive mineral clusters that can diffuse into the microscopic pores and defects of demineralized enamel and exposed dentin. By reaching below the surface, CPICs help rebuild the enamel substructure and remineralize dentinal tubules, supporting restoration of enamel, dentin subsurfaces, and tubules — not just the surface.
CPIC technology is engineered to work with the tooth’s natural mineralization processes. As CPICs break down, they release calcium and phosphate ions that form new hydroxyapatite, helping to restore mineral density within enamel and providing long-lasting dentinal tubule occlusion for sensitivity relief.
