Orascoptic Introduces the FIRST Prescription and Bifocal Sports Frames: Rydon X & Rave X
Orascoptic, the leader in high quality magnification for clinical professionals, is proud to introduce the Rydon X™ and Rave X™. These are the first sports frames that accommodate not only the full line of loupe magnifications, but a broad range of eyeglass prescriptions – including bifocals. Until now, clinicians requiring larger prescriptions or bifocals in the carrier lens were limited in the styles of frames available. Orascoptic has developed these frames with world-renowned Italian sunglass maker, Rudy Project, and they are now available to you.
The Rydon X is similar to Orascoptic’s current Rydon frame, but the curvature of the lens is less severe to accommodate single vision prescriptions and bifocals. The Rave X is a more petite sport frame ideal for small face shapes. Both are also fully adjustable for comfort and offer these features:
1. Adjustable nose pad.
2. Flex hinges on the temple arms and rigid bridge to reduce “double vision.”
3. Adjustable temple tips that can wrap comfortably around the ears.
4. Able to be cleaned and sanitized.
5. Head strap and side shields for protection and comfort.
Available in six colors and compatible with all Orascoptic telescopes from 2.5x to 4.8x magnification, the Rydon X and Rave X are a stylish alternative to standard titanium and plastic sport frames.
