North Carolina Dental Office Experiences Bizarre Theft

A private esthetic dental practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, was robbed on May 11, but the thief did not abscond with cash or expensive dental equipment. While the dental assistant was with a patient, a man came into the waiting room, took photos of the framed dental licenses hanging on the wall, and then left the practice, taking the licenses with him. The office’s security cameras captured the theft. The suspect is unknown to the dentist and his staff, and they are puzzled as to why someone would steal such items. Police are investigating.
