Chicago, IL – Hu-Friedy, the world’s leading manufacturer of hand-held dental instruments, announces the extension of its Instrument Management System (IMS) line to include Team Vista™, an effective, economical, and easy to use waterline treatment system for maintaining clean and fresh water in independent water bottle delivery systems. Hu-Friedy’s Team Vista™ includes both a daily irrigant and monthly antimicrobial cleaner to meet the water standards set forth by the EPA, CDC and ADA.
Hu-Friedy’s Team Vista™ is safe and easy to use. To maintain clean waterlines while protecting patients and clinical staff, simply add VistaClean™ drops each time the water bottle is filled and use VistaTab™ once a month.
Hu-Friedy VistaClean™ Irrigant Solution, an aqueous cleaner, is derived from citrus botanicals and has the ability to emulsify contaminants, soils and oxidation products in waterlines which protects the lines and system components from deposits and scale. VistaClean™ is completely non-toxic, non-corrosive, and environmentally friendly. VistaClean™ may be used in waterlines in contact with patients continuously or intermittently as desired and has no effect on bond strength.
VistaTab™ is EPA registered in all states for the cleaning of microbial contaminants in dental unit waterlines. When placed in a water bottle, VistaTab™ creates a solution of chlorine dioxide which is up to seven times more effective than bleach in controlling waterline bacteria.
