Susan Taichman, RDH, MPH, PhD, is an assistant professor and research scientist in the Department of Periodontics and Oral Medicine at the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor. Her main research focus is women's oral health. Currently, Taichman conducts clinical studies examining the impact of antiestrogen therapy on periodontal health and oral health-related quality of life among post-menopausal breast cancer survivors.
