Lynn D. Terracciano-Mortilla, RDH, is an adjunct clinical Instructor in the Department of Periodontology and Oral Implantology at the Kornberg School of Dentistry, Temple University, in Philadelphia. She is also a member of the implant preceptorship educational faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Actively involved with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) for 15 years, Terracciano-Mortilla is the executive director of its auxiliary section, the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries (ADIA). She has focused her work with the ADIA on worldwide implant education for auxiliaries via certification programs. She is an ADIA fellow and a member of the ICOI Board of Directors. Terracciano-Mortilla is also a contributing author to the textbooks: Dental Implants: The Art and Science and Contemporary Implant Dentistry.
