Faith Y. Miller, RDH, MSEd, is an associate professor of dental hygiene in the School of Allied Health, College of Applied Sciences and Arts at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She has 29 years of experience in a variety of clinical practice settings, including migrant farmworker dental health, American Indian dental health, school-based dental sealant programs, and periodontal and general practice. Miller's research interests include public health, particularly school-based oral health programs, and forensic odontology.
