Dennis J. McTigue, DDS, MS, is professor of pediatric dentistry at The Ohio State UniversityCollege of Dentistry in Columbus. He is vice president of the AmericanBoard of Pediatric Dentistry and past president of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Academy of Dentistry for the Handicapped. His research interests include dental injuries to children and guidance of child behavior in the dental office. McTigue has maintained a private practice in pediatric dentistry for more than 30 years.
