Ayoub Tobbal, MPA, MSDH, BSDH, RDH, is a dental hygiene educator with 25 years of clinical, academic, administrative, and leadership experience. A founder of the Saudi Dental Hygiene Society, Tobbal currently serves as the chairman of the Scientific Council for Public Health and director of the Saudi Postgraduate Diploma in Oral Health and Advanced Dental Hygiene at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Saudi Arabia.
