Lisa Hardill, RDH, BHADM, Returns to Energize Dimensions’ Discovery EXPO
With a passion for growth, innovation, and empowerment, this Canadian dental hygienist steps back into the spotlight as EXPO Brand Ambassador for one of dental hygiene’s most dynamic events.
Dimensions’ Discovery EXPO is bringing back a familiar and inspiring voice to the stage, welcoming Lisa Hardill, RDH, BHADM, as its 2026 EXPO Brand Ambassador. Known for her energy, insight, and deep commitment to the profession, she will play a central role in this year’s event, moderating Lunch & Learn sessions, conducting exhibitor interviews, and hosting daily raffle giveaways alongside Chane Moline.
“I’m excited to return as an EXPO Brand Ambassador because the dental hygienists I’ve met here have challenged my thinking, expanded my perspective, and redefined what I believe is truly possible in our profession. There is no event quite like it and I’m honored to help support and promote the Expo this year!” Hardill explains.
Hardill’s career reflects the evolution of modern dental hygiene. Since becoming a registered dental hygienist in 2003, she has worked across private practice, public health, and independent settings. Her path expanded beyond the operatory in 2017, when she moved into dental sales and consulting, focusing on preventive product integration, practice growth strategies, implants, biomaterials, and digital dentistry.
Today, she supports hundreds of practices through her work with a leading dental service organization in Ontario. Her expertise centers on optimizing hygiene protocols, implementing three-dimensional scanning technology, and driving growth in clear aligner therapy. She also contributes as a Hygiene Coach with the Clear Aligner Leadership Bootcamp, helping teams stay motivated, accountable, and aligned with best practices.
At the core of Hardill’s work is a passion for empowering others. She is known for encouraging dental professionals to expand their thinking, embrace innovation, and find renewed purpose in their careers.
