Sandra Castellanos, AAS, RDH, BS, MA, CHES

Sandra Castellanos, AAS, RDH, BS, MA, CHES, is an assistant professor in the Department of Allied Health, Dental Hygiene Unit, at Eugenio Maria de Hostos Community College in New York. She teaches clinical dental hygiene practice, periodontology, clinical instruction, and radiology laboratory. Castellanos practiced as a dentist for 13 years, providing comprehensive dental services to low-income patients in her native country, Colombia. Her main area of interest is oral disease prevention.
